Shipping

Our shipping costs are based on weight, with two set brackets, under 500g and over 500g. Upon checkout you will have the option of both Standard and Express options at different price points. You can also select Free Pick Up which is from Warner QLD.

We ship all our products via Sendle and Australia Post. If sending to a PO Box or via Express then your parcel will always be sent via Australia Post. We will notify you via email (to the same email address you used for your order) with a tracking number.  Shipping can take anywhere between 2 and 10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping times but please contact us if you are concerned about the length of time it is taking to receive your order. 

If you are not home at the time of delivery and are required to collect the package from the Post Office or Courier and it’s not collected within the designated time frame, your order will be returned to us. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs and this must be paid prior to us resending your order.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages.  Please contact us should your order be damaged in transit as we can help with lodging a claim through Australia Post or Sendle.  Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please ensure you keep the original packaging (this is a requirement of Australia Post) and send us photos and a clear explanation of the damage.
